Sencer-Rabinowitz
Miss Evelyn Rabinowitz of 420 E 4th St., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Rabinowitz, became the bride of David Sencer, son of Mrs. Pearl Sencer of 1923 75th St., yesterday afternoon in the residence of Sam Bromberg on Mechanic St., Huntington. Rabbi Jacob Honig of the Huntington Jewish Center performed the ceremonies.
The bride was attended by Mrs. Naomi Blank and the groom by Aaron T. Hendler, both of Brooklyn.
After a short honeymoon, the couple will reside in Huntington.

At a very pretty home wedding. Miss. Evelynn Rabinowitz, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louls Rabinowitz of 420 East Fourth Street, Brooklyn, became the bride of David Sencer, son of Mrs. Pearl Sencer of 1923 Seventy-fifth Street, Brooklyn. Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock.
The marriage was performed by Rabbl Jacob Honig of the Huntington Jewish Center under the customary canopy in the living room of the residence of Sam Brumberg on Mechanic Street.
Mrs. Nomi Blank of Brooklyn, a sister of the bride, was the maid of honor, and Aaron T. Hendler, attorney of New York City, was the best man.
Louis M. Notkin gave the bride away.
The bride was married in a dark blue traveling suit and carried a bouquet of white orchids.
She is a graduate of Mt. Holyoke College.
Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served to the wedding party. There were about 35 guests present.
Following their honeymoon, the bride and groom will reside in Huntington. Mr. Sencer owns the Peggy Outlet Stores on Long Island, with the main office here.
He is a member of Mt. Moriah No. 27 F. and A. M. of New York City and the Huntington Rotary Club.
