436BRIDE — Mrs. Curtis Berger is the former Miss Connie (Sue) Lindau, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred M. Lindau of New York City. Her wedding to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Berger of Douglas Road took place Monday at Elmsford.
FAIRVIEW Country Club at Elmsford was the setting June 29 for the wedding of Miss Connie (Sue) Lindau, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred M. Lindau of New York City, to Curtis Berger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Berger of Douglas Road.
Rabbi Stuart S. Rosenberg of Temple Bath-El performed the ceremony.
The bride wore a ballerina-length gown of lace and tulle. She wore her mother's veil, which was caught to a rose-point lace cap, and she carried lilies of the valley and white orchids.
Miss Jaclin Lindau was her sister’s only attendant, and Leonard A. Lee of Richmond, VA, was the best man.
Mrs. Berger graduated from the Walden School, attended Antioch College, and graduated in December 1951 from Sarah Lawrence College. She is associated with the Dalton Schools.
The bridegroom graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a graduate of Yale Law School, where he was an editor of The Yale Law Journal. He served in the Navy in World War 2.
