In the Matter of the Application of Milton Losinsky and Myrna June Losinsky for a change of names.
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of August 1954, Milton Losinsky and Myrna June Losinsky applied to the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which is for the change of petitioners’ names from Milton Losinsky and Myrna June Losinsky to those of Milton Loss and Myrna June Loss; that a hearing will be had on the said application before the Hon. Jackson B. Chase, Judge of the District Court, in Court Room No. 7 of the Court House, Omaha, Nebraska, or before some other Judge of said Court, at 9 A.M. on Tuesday, the
28th day of September 1954, or as soon after that as will be convenient for the Court, and that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, petitioners’ names will be changed from Milton Losinsky and Myrna June Losinsky to those of Milton Loss and Myrna June Loss, respectively, as prayed for.
