Engaged To Wed

MR. AND MRS. Isadore Schunick of Bareva Road announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Elinor Schunick, to Mr. Michael John Shack, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Shack, of Bartwood Road, formerly of London.

Miss Schunick is a graduate of the Sinai Hospital School of Nursing.

Mr. Shack, a magna cum laude graduate of Randolph-Macon College, is a student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

The wedding will take place on August 15.

Shack-Schunick

Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Elinor Ruth Schunick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Schunick, of Bareva Road, to Mr. Michael John Shack, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Shack, of Bartwood Road. Rabbi Jacob Green performed the ceremony on August 15 at the Rogers Avenue Synagogue.

Mrs. Wilmer Rogers was the matron of honor, and Miss Sheilah Sinofsky was the maid of honor. Robyn Anoff was the junior bridesmaid.

Mr. Sanford Minkin served as best man, and the ushers included Mr. Jerome Schunick, Mr. Philip Dascher, Mr. Wilmer Rogers, and Mr. Barry North.
