Loving mother of Ashley Hodges and Caitlyn Hodges; beloved daughter of Rosalie Kozak and the late Leonard Kozak; dear sister of Debbie Kozak and Floyd Kozak; proud aunt of Lenny Kozak and Dylan Kozak. Jill's passion for music led to her career as a gifted piano teacher and dedicated mentor to her students for over 20 years. Service Sunday February 1st, 2:00 p.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd. (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jill's name to the Music Institute of Chicago, ATTN.
