Last Rites Held For Mrs. F. Warawa

LAC LA BICHE - Funeral services were held from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church here recently for Mrs. Fred Warawa, a long-time resident of this community, who died suddenly in her 59th year.

Rev. W. Cristanovich conducted services, and the burial was in the Craigend cemetery.

Surviving, besides her husband, Fred Warawa, are nine daughters, five sons, and 36 grandchildren. Daughters are: Mrs. H. Lobay, Lac La Biche; Mrs. B. Salahub, Grand Forks, B.C.; Mrs. P. Stefanyk, Lac La Biche; Mrs. J. Mittman, 245 Sullivan Place, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Mrs. V. Polowich, Vancouver; Mrs. T. Kibsey, Edmonton; Mrs. H. Tkachuk, Grand Forks, B.C.; Mrs. E. Zeibert, and Mrs. D. Donick, Taber.

Sons are: B. Warawa, Grand Forks; P. Warawa, Vancouver; S. Warawa, Lac La Biche: A. Warawa and M. Warawa, Vancouver.

All sons and daughters were present at the funeral.
