533Joan Karpes Is Married To David GoodwinMiss Joan Karpes, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Benjamin B. Karpes of 384 East Forty-second St., and David G. Goodwin, son of. Mr. and Mrs. George Goodwin were married on Thursday, March 27, in Dayton, Ohio.
The bride wore a navy and white dress with a navy blue jacket and navy and white accessories. A few college friends of the couple from Antioch College, Yellow Springs, Ohio, attended the wedding.
Mrs. Goodwin graduated from Eastside High School, and Mr. Goodwin is a graduate of Monroe High School, Rochester, N. Y. He is a third-year student at Antioch, majoring in government and economics. They both plan to continue their studies for degrees.
An informal dinner for the immediate families was held in honor of the couple at the Swiss Chalet last Sunday evening.
Mr. Goodwin will leave shortly for the West Coast to work under the Antioch cooperative program, and Mrs. Goodwin will join him there.

Mr. Goodwin will leave presently for a job in the West as part of the Antioch cooperative program, and Mrs. Goodwin will join him there.
