Edith Levine Married At Hotel Pierre

Becomes Bride Of Ivan Izenberg, NYU Instructor

The marriage of Miss Edith Levin, of the Bronx, N. Y., to Ivan Izenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Izenberg, 170 Broadway, Passaic, took place Saturday evening at the Hotel Pierre, New York. Rabbi Sidney Kosofsky of Temple B’nai Zion, Bloomfield, performed the ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Levin, was attended by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Arthur Levin, of East Orange. James Izenberg, of Clifton, was the best man for his brother.

The bride wore a light beige lace afternoon dress with a linen tulle underskirt, a mink-hued maline-braided hat, and a shoulder-length veil.

Mrs. Izenberg is a Brooklyn College graduate who has done social work at the Henry Street Settlement House in New York and the Kingsbridge Veterans’ Hospital.

Her husband is an alumnus of New York University and did postgraduate work at Harvard University. He is on the engineering staff of WNJR, Newark radio station, and is an instructor in technical broadcasting at New York University.
